Sage Bridge Living is an Independent Living Operator. We believe in more than just housing, we believe in transformation. Located in the heart of Fresno, California, our mission is to provide a bridge to stability and new beginnings. We provide community residential homes where structure, accountability and safety are paramount.

Our independent livings works well for adults who are ready to rebuild and thrive: seniors on fixed incomes, veterans, individuals returning from incarceration, and those in recovery from substance use. We provide safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes.
What We Offer
Shared bedrooms (2 beds/room) with comfortable furnishings, bed, linens, lockbox and storage.Common Areas including living room, dining, kitchen, backyard and laundry room designed to create connection.Utilities (water, electricity, internet/Wi-Fi, landline phone) included in your monthly rent.House rules that promote respect, quiet hours, cleanliness, community standards.Regular maintenance so you can focus on your life and goals.

Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a good fit for our Independent Livings, applicants must meet the following criteria:Must be able to independently manage their daily living needs, including but not limited to: personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, self-feeding, medication management, maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces and bedrooms, and arranging or providing their own transportation.Agree to abide by house rules (drug-free, maintain cleanliness, engage respectfully with others, etc.).All applicants must have verifiable income. SSI, SSDI, pensions, VA benefits, family contributions and private pay are accepted.

Rates
There is a $300 security deposit.Shared rooms start at $769/month.Shared rooms are a flat monthly fee. The fee includes the following:
Shared, furnished bedroom
All utilities included
High-speed internet service
On-site washer & dryer
Landline phone
Fully stocked restroom, kitchen and laundry room
Drug- and alcohol-free residence
All leases are month-to-month.
